In 2015 SIMEST entered the share capital of the PSC Group to support the company's growth path. In 2018 Fincantieri S.p.A., world leader in shipbuilding, acquired 10% of the share capital of the PSC Group.
With the electromechanical, naval, railway and fire-fighting divisions, it is present on 4 continents, has 2,500 employees, a turnover of 200 million euros in 2018 and an order backlog of over 800 million euros.
