ANIMA is the industrial category organization of the Confindustria system that represents mechanical companies. The Federation is made up of 30 Associations and has more than 1,000 member companies employing 221,000 people:
- turnover of over 48.7 billion euros
- export/turnover share of 58.3%.
The challenge
Consistently present and give voice to a very articulated organisation, allowing the 30 associations represented to manage their own website in complete autonomy.
A clear preliminary definition of the contents and compliance with the guidelines are essential in projects that involve many players. We therefore helped the content managers involved to maintain a uniform tone of voice throughout the Anima system of sites avoiding redundancy of content and confusing navigation paths.
A part of the site is dedicated to presenting the Federation, its activities and services, another offers an overview of the member companies divided by production sectors, while the third is populated by the 30 associations that make up Anima.
The logic and graphics with which the Federation and the associations are presented are clear and immediate: the user can always find his way around easily despite the considerable amount of content.
Each association has a home page available to enhance the most relevant information in a personalized way (but in compliance with the guidelines). The use of Tags was fundamental to make such a structured editorial project extremely flexible...
